Found It!

I signed the purchase agreement on a house yesterday. It took what feels like forever, but I found a house in a neighborhood I like and it's got all the features I was looking for. It took some annoying negotiating with the Seller, but I finally just decided to go for it. Inspections are tomorrow; hopefully they go well and we keep this train chugging along!
