Leadership Summit

In August, I attended the Leadership Summit which is put on by Willow Creek Church in Chicago. It is simulcast across the country, so I got to stay here in Sioux Falls and take part in an awesome two day event. I'd highly recommend it to anyone. It was a packed schedule of speakers from a wide range of organizations and backgrounds. Their tagline is "Lead Where You Are" so it's not just for those CEO's or head pastors out there. I came out of it with ideas to change not just my work life, but my personal life.
