Sisters

I was reading some poetry this weekend and came across this one called Goblin Market by Christina Rossetti. (I won't share the whole thing because it's long, but this last part is good...)

"For there is no friend like a sister
In calm or stormy weather;
To cheer one on the tedious way,
To fetch one if one goes astray,
To lift one if one totters down,
To strengthen whilst one stands."

  1. I gave you this book of poetry and I don't rememberthat part, although I remember the title. Weird how that is in a poem by that name?
