Marriage

I listened to an interview with Kneeland Brown and his wife the other day.  One of the things he said that struck me was something along the lines of, "Marriage is not 50/50, it's 100/100."  I thought that was an interesting way of thinking about it- you both need to put in maximum effort to cultivate and maintain the relationship.  It's not just putting in your half of the deal and expecting your partner to give the other half.
